1. Where We Ship We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.

• Note: At this time, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Norway.

2. Shipping Rates We offer flat-rate shipping to make things simple. Shipping is FREE if you reach the order minimums below:

• Spain (Peninsula) & Portugal:
  • Standard Shipping: 4.95€
  • Free Shipping: Orders over 60€
• Central Europe & Balearic Islands:
  • Includes: France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg, and Balearic Islands.
  • Standard Shipping: 9.95€
  • Free Shipping: Orders over 80€
• Rest of European Union:
  • Includes: Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Poland, Ireland, Czech Republic, and other EU countries.
  • Standard Shipping: 14.95€
  • Free Shipping: Orders over 100€

3. Processing Time Orders leave our “Basecamp” within 24-48 hours (business days). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your gear is dispatched.

4. Customs & Taxes For all orders shipped within the European Union, no customs duties apply. The price you pay at checkout is final.

RETURN POLICY

5. “No Questions Asked” Guarantee If you are not 100% satisfied with your gear, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.

6. Conditions

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Knives & Tools: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bladed tools that show signs of use in the field (scratches, sharpening marks, etc.).

7. How to Return

1. Email us at info@lastbushsurvival.com with your Order Number.
2. We will send you instructions on where to send the package.
3. Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it).

8. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and automatically refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
