1. Introduction Welcome to LastBush Survival. These General Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between the user and the seller, as well as the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our site or buying our gear, you agree to these terms.

2. Age Restriction (Knives & Tools) By placing an order for knives, axes, or any bladed tools on this website, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel any order if this requirement is not met.

3. Products, Prices & Taxes

• VAT Included: All prices shown on the website include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) currently in force in Spain.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are not included in the product price; they are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
• Product Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and specifications as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be exact.

4. Legal Guarantee (3 Years) In accordance with Spanish Consumer Law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and recent modifications), all new products sold on this store benefit from a legal guarantee of three (3) years from the date of delivery regarding any lack of conformity (manufacturing defects).

• This guarantee covers defects that existed at the time of delivery, not damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear from bushcraft activities.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

• Legal Right: Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
• LastBush Extension: We extend this period to 30 days.
• Procedure: To exercise this right, you must notify us via email. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications (customized) or sealed goods unsealed after delivery suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

6. Safety Disclaimer & Liability Bushcraft involves inherent risks. LastBush Survival is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from the improper use of our tools. You are responsible for using the equipment safely and in compliance with your local laws regarding the carrying of knives.

7. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) In compliance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which is available at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

8. Governing Law These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any controversy that may arise from the interpretation or execution of these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer’s domicile (if required by law) or the courts of the Basque Country, Spain.
