Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 2026

At LastBush Survival, we value your trust above all else. This Privacy Policy explains in clear language how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you visit or make a purchase from lastbushsurvival.com.

1. What Personal Data We Collect

We collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide our services and fulfill your orders:

• Order Information: When you buy gear, we collect your Name, Billing Address, Shipping Address, Email, and Phone Number. We need this to send your package and contact you if there are delivery issues.
• Payment Information: We do not store your credit card details. All transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment gateways.
• Communication Data: Your name and email when you contact us via forms or sign up for our newsletter.
• Technical Data: Information like your IP address, browser type, and device information (mobile/desktop) to help us prevent fraud and improve the website experience.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to:

• Process and deliver your orders (the core of our business).
• Send you order confirmations, invoices, and shipping updates.
• Screen orders for potential risk or fraud.
• Respond to your customer support requests.
• Send you marketing emails or newsletters (only if you have explicitly subscribed).
• Understand how visitors use our site and measure the performance of our advertising, but only once you’ve given your consent through our cookie banner.

3. Sharing Your Data (Third Parties)

We never sell your data. We only share it with trusted partners essential to running our business:

• Payment Processors: We use Stripe (including Apple Pay/Google Pay) and PayPal to process payments. They handle your financial data securely under their own high-security standards.
• Shipping & Logistics: We share your name, delivery address, and phone number with our logistics partners and shipping aggregators solely for the purpose of delivering your package.
• Marketing: We use MailerLite to securely manage our email lists.
• Advertising & Attribution: Once you consent to statistics/marketing cookies, we use Google Ads to measure the performance of our campaigns and understand which channels bring visitors to our store.
• Video Content: Our Watch page embeds YouTube videos. Playing a video loads YouTube’s player, operated by Google, and its own cookies — this only happens if you actively press play.
• Sign in with Google: If you choose to log in using your Google account, a small amount of technical data is exchanged with Google to make that login option work.

4. Data Retention

We will keep your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information (subject to tax and legal retention obligations).

5. Cookies

We use cookies to make the store work properly and, with your permission, to understand how people use our site and measure our advertising. When you first visit, you’ll see a banner where you choose which categories to allow. For the full list of cookies we use and what each one does, see the Cookie Policy section below.

You can change your cookie choices at any time by clicking here.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted.
• Withdraw your consent for marketing at any time.
